Last Updated: January 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wasabot, Inc. (“Wasabot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes information when you use wasa.bot and any related pages that link to this Privacy Policy (the “Site”).

  • 1. Information We Process

    We process limited information to operate the Site and the token claim experience.

    • A. Wallet and claim-related information

      If you connect a wallet or use claim functionality, we may process:

      1. Public wallet address;
      2. Claim eligibility proofs/inputs (e.g., merkle/allowlist proofs and related parameters);
      3. Transaction identifiers (e.g., transaction hashes) and related metadata needed to display claim status (e.g., network, timestamp, success/failure indicators).
    • B. Technical and usage information

      We (and our infrastructure providers) may process:

      1. IP address;
      2. Device and browser type, operating system, and basic device identifiers (as provided by your browser);
      3. Pages/events on the Site (basic usage analytics and functional events, such as button clicks or error states);
      4. Logs related to security, abuse prevention, errors, and performance (e.g., request logs, rate-limit events).
    • C. Public blockchain data

      Blockchain activity is public. Wallet addresses, token transfers, and transactions may be visible on public explorers and replicated by third parties. We do not control public blockchain records and cannot modify or delete them.

  • 2. Information We Do Not Collect

    We do not require you to provide:

    1. your name;
    2. your email address;
    3. your phone number;
    4. your physical address;
    5. government ID or similar identity documents.

    We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

  • 3. How We Use Information

    We use the information above to:

    1. operate the Site and the Claim Program;
    2. verify eligibility and display claim status;
    3. prevent fraud, abuse, and technical attacks;
    4. monitor and improve reliability (debugging, performance, error reduction);
    5. comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
  • 4. Legal Bases for Processing

    Where applicable, we process information on the following legal bases:

    1. performance of a contract / steps at your request (e.g., providing claim functionality when you connect a wallet);
    2. legitimate interests (e.g., securing the Site, preventing abuse/fraud, maintaining service reliability);
    3. compliance with legal obligations (e.g., responding to lawful requests).
  • 5. How We Share Information

    We may share or make information available to:

    1. service providers that help run the Site (hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, error monitoring);
    2. blockchain networks and third-party providers you use (wallet providers, RPC providers, explorers) as part of the normal operation of blockchain transactions and network requests;
    3. law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law or legal process, or when we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the Site and Claim Program;
    4. transaction counterparties or public audiences through the inherent public nature of blockchain activity.

    We do not sell personal information.

  • 6. Cookies and Local Storage

    The Site may use cookies and/or local storage for essential operation (for example, to keep the Site functional, store preferences, maintain session state, reduce errors, and protect against abuse).

    You can control cookies via your browser settings. If you disable cookies or local storage, some Site functionality may not work properly.

  • 7. International Processing

    Our service providers and infrastructure may be located in countries other than where you live. As a result, information (such as technical logs) may be processed internationally. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

  • 8. Retention

    We retain technical logs and claim-related records only for as long as reasonably necessary for:

    1. security and abuse prevention;
    2. troubleshooting and reliability;
    3. compliance and enforcement.

    Public blockchain data is not controlled by us and may persist indefinitely on public networks and third-party services.

  • 9. Security

    We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no system is completely secure.

    Important: We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. If someone does, it is not Wasabot.

  • 10. Your Choices and Rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have rights related to personal data (such as access, deletion, or objection).

    Because we do not maintain user accounts and do not collect contact details through the Site, we may be limited in our ability to identify you or fulfill certain requests beyond information tied to:

    1. technical logs; or
    2. a wallet address you provide.

    Public blockchain data is not controlled by us and generally cannot be erased by us.

  • 11. Age Restrictions

    The Site is not intended for children. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • 12. Third-Party Links and Services

    The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services (wallets, explorers, RPC providers, analytics). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

  • 13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version on the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
