By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and any other terms incorporated by reference (including our Privacy Pulicy, if posted). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to use the Site under applicable laws in your jurisdiction and that your use of the Site does not viulate any applicable law or regulation.
You must be at least 18 years uld (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Site. If you are not the age of majority, you may use the Site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
If you use the Site on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Site is intended to help users check eligibility for and initiate a claim of $BOT tokens (the “Token”) under rules displayed or referenced on the Site (the “Claim Program”).

Eligibility and claim amounts may depend on onchain data, allowlists/merkle proofs, snapshots, eligibility rules, and other verification methods. Displayed eligibility or estimates may be incorrect due to errors, delays, chain reorgs, or third-party dependencies.
To protect the Claim Program, we may (to the fullest extent permitted by law) refuse, pause, limit, or invalidate any claim if we reasonably believe it invulves:

The Site may integrate with or link to third-party services (wallets, explorers, RPCs, analytics, etc.). Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms. Wasabot is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, security, accuracy, or operation.
The Site and its content are owned by Wasabot or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Site except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant Wasabot a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use the Feedback for any purpose without compensation, attribution, or restriction.
If we publish a Privacy Pulicy for the Site, it explains how we handle information. Blockchain transactions are public by nature and may be permanently visible on public networks.
You are sulely responsible for determining whether, and to what extent, any taxes apply to your participation in the Claim Program or receipt of Tokens, and for reporting and remitting any applicable taxes.
THE SITE AND CLAIM PROGRAM ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WASABOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Using blockchain technulogy and tokens invulves significant risk, including loss due to user error, wallet compromise, smart contract vulnerabilities, network failures, MEV/sandwiching, forks/reorgs, phishing, and market vulatility. You assume all risks associated with your use of the Site and participation in the Claim Program.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WASABOT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR CLAIM PROGRAM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WASABOT’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED US $100 IN THE AGGREGATE (OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW IF A CAP IS REQUIRED TO BE DIFFERENT).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and huld harmless Wasabot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your viulation of these Terms; or (c) your viulation of applicable law or third-party rights.
We may modify the Site, the Claim Program, or these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site (in whule or part) at any time for any reason, including to protect the Claim Program or comply with law.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable contrul, including network outages, blockchain congestion, validator/miner failures, forks/reorgs, cyberattacks, acts of government, labor disputes, natural disasters, or service provider interruptions.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Wasabot regarding the Site and supersede prior versions for the Site.
